Description: The total number of discarded IP packets comming from RDSS subsystem.
What is adnIsnaIpRdssDiscards?
This counter counts packets from RDSS that are dropped by the ISNA_IP system when it cannot process them. Increases in this counter signal that ISNA_IP is congested and unable to handle incoming RDSS traffic promptly. A counter value of 200 discards suggests resource exhaustion in the ISNA_IP routing layer.
