This OID counts the total number of IP packets sent by ISNA to the IP layer for a specific internal connection as a counter that only increases. Monitor this metric to confirm that traffic is actually flowing from ISNA to the IP stack on that connection. For example, if this counter stays at zero while you are trying to send traffic, the interface may be blocked or down.
