Description: This is the ISM message trace area. All ISM Messages transmitted and received by FRSI component of FRANP_SW are stored here. It is placed here for maintenance purposes only.
What is adnFrtSwStatISMTrace?
This OID maintains a trace of ISM messages exchanged by the switching component (FRSI portion of FRANP_SW). You extract this log when the switching fabric cannot communicate with peripheral modules or when frame forwarding fails. If the trace is empty during a period when circuits should be active, it proves the switching component is not sending ISM commands.
