Description: This is the ISM message trace area. All ISM Messages transmitted and received by FRANP_SI are stored here. It is placed here for maintenance purposes only.
What is adnFrtSiStatISMTrace?
This OID stores a binary trace of all Inter-Switching-Module (ISM) messages sent and received by the signaling component. Network engineers check this trace when ISM communication failures prevent proper virtual circuit setup or maintenance. For example, if you see no messages in this trace during a test call, it indicates the signaling component cannot talk to the ISM module at all.
