Description: If the minimum delay change calculated using adnFrtChanSiMinDlyPct is less than this field, the minimum delay change a periodic delay measurement can consider to be significant is set equal to this field instead of the calculated value.
What is adnFrtChanSiMinDlyAmt?
This OID sets an absolute minimum threshold (in integer units, typically milliseconds) for delay changes to be considered significant, overriding the percentage calculation if the calculated value is smaller. This provides a safety floor so even a very low percentage threshold won't report trivial delay changes. For example, if MinDlyAmt is set to 10, a delay increase from 5 to 8 (a 60% change) is still ignored because it is smaller than 10.
