This OID reports the current CPU usage percentage of a Line Termination processor as calculated by the congestion management subsystem, ranging from -2,147,483,648 to 2,147,483,647. Network engineers monitor this value to understand if a line card is bottlenecking on CPU or if it has spare processing capacity to handle more traffic. A value of 75 means the processor is 75% utilized.
