What is adnCongMgmtChanUtilization?
This OID reports the current utilization percentage of a specific channel in the egress (outbound) direction as a value from -2,147,483,648 to 2,147,483,647. Network engineers monitor this to spot which outbound channels are near capacity and may need traffic load-balancing or capacity upgrades. A value of 85 means this egress channel is carrying 85% of its maximum throughput.
