What is adnCongMgmtChanTraceFlag?
This OID enables or disables the collection of message trace data for each individual channel within congestion management, allowing detailed per-channel debugging. A network engineer turns this on for a specific channel when troubleshooting its behavior, then turns it off once complete to avoid filling system logs with trace data. Setting this to enabled means all messages for this channel will be captured and logged.
