What is adnAtmLinePerfEndUnAvailable?
ADN-ENV-MIB::adnAtmLinePerfEndUnAvailable specifies how many consecutive clean seconds (no severe errors) are required to restore the line from unavailable back to normal operation. Operators set this to avoid flapping—where the line rapidly goes up and down—by requiring proven stability before declaring recovery. A value of 5 means after the line is down, it must stay error-free for 5 consecutive seconds before coming back online.
