ADN-ENV-MIB::adnAtmLinePerfConsSeverErrSec defines how many consecutive severely errored seconds are counted to calculate F3 maintenance signals, which are used for path-level fault detection. Network engineers configure this to adjust how quickly the system detects path-level faults and triggers protective actions on the ATM path. Setting it to 2 means F3 faults are generated after just 2 seconds of severe errors, allowing faster fault isolation.
