ADN-ENV-MIB::adnAtmLinePerfBegUnAvailable specifies how many consecutive seconds of severe errors must occur before the ATM line is marked as unavailable. Engineers adjust this to prevent momentary glitches from declaring the line down—setting it higher ensures the line only goes offline for sustained problems. A value of 3 means the line must have severe errors for 3 straight seconds before it transitions to unavailable state.
