What is adnAtmLineDefReportEnable?
ADN-ENV-MIB::adnAtmLineDefReportEnable controls whether defects detected on an ATM line are reported to the central control unit. Engineers configure this to decide which defects generate alarms to the control center, preventing alert fatigue from minor issues. Enabling reports (value 1) sends immediate notifications to the control unit, while disabling it (value 0) keeps issues silent.
