What is adnAtmLineDefEndTimer?
This OID stores the time window in milliseconds the system uses to confirm that the ATM line has recovered before clearing the defect alarm. A longer window prevents repeated alarm cycles if the link is flaky. For example, 2000 milliseconds requires a full 2 seconds of clean traffic before the system confirms recovery and cancels the alert.
