ADN-ENV-MIB::adnAtmBoardTrHMP1MTCounter is a read-only counter that measures when the HMP 1 chip crosses a predefined observation threshold (threshold 2). Engineers monitor these crossing events to early-detect degradation trends and adjust traffic loads before hard failures occur. If this counter reaches 7, it indicates HMP 1 has exceeded its threshold multiple times and the board's condition should be investigated.
