What is adnAtmBoardTrHMP0MTCounter?
ADN-ENV-MIB::adnAtmBoardTrHMP0MTCounter is a read-only counter that tracks when the HMP 0 chip crosses a predefined observation threshold (threshold 1). Engineers use these threshold-crossing counters to trigger alerts when the matrix board's behavior exceeds normal operating parameters without necessarily indicating a fault. A value of 4 means HMP 0 has crossed its first observation threshold four times in recent operation.
