ADN-ENV-MIB::adnAtmBoardErrQRP3FIFOCounter is a read-only counter that records extraction FIFO buffer overflows in the QRP 3 chip. Engineers monitor all four QRP FIFO counters to understand how well the matrix board is keeping up with incoming ATM cell traffic. A value of 20 across all four QRP chips means the entire packet processing pipeline is under severe congestion.
