ADN-ENV-MIB::adnAtmBoardErrQRP2FIFOCounter is a read-only counter that measures extraction FIFO buffer overflows in the QRP 2 chip. Engineers watch this counter to identify if packet congestion is distributed across all processors or confined to specific ones. A value of 0 means no FIFO overflows have occurred in QRP 2, while a value of 6 indicates sustained processing pressure.
