ADN-ENV-MIB::adnAtmBoardErrQRP0FIFOCounter is a read-only counter that counts extraction FIFO buffer overflows in the QRP 0 chip. Engineers care about this because FIFO overflows mean the chip is receiving packets faster than it can extract them, causing packets to be discarded. If this counter reaches 15, it indicates sustained congestion in the ATM cell processing pipeline and traffic patterns need adjustment.
