What is adnAtmBoardErrNFOFCounter?
This OID counts Network FIFO overflow errors, which occur when incoming ATM cells arrive faster than the board's receive buffer can store them. Network engineers monitor this to identify congestion or misconfiguration at the ATM interface, which causes cells to be dropped. A value of "8000" indicates the network buffer overflowed 8000 times, showing sustained saturation of the ATM link.
