What is adnAtmBoardErrNAVCCounter?
This OID counts the number of ATM cells received on an inactive Virtual Circuit (VC), which should not happen in normal operation. Network engineers monitor this to catch configuration errors, stale routing entries, or cells arriving at the wrong interface. A value of "100" indicates 100 cells were dropped because they arrived on VCs that were not activated, signaling a routing or circuit state problem.
