ADN-ENV-MIB::adnAtmBoardErrHMP1LLPCCounter is a read-only counter that measures low-priority ATM cells lost in the HMP 1 (second handling and memory processor) chip. Engineers monitor this counter alongside HMP 0's LLPC to see if cell loss is happening uniformly across the matrix board or concentrated in one processor. A value of 30 indicates the HMP 1 chip has discarded 30 low-priority cells.
