ADN-ENV-MIB::adnAtmBoardErrHMP0SYNCCounter is a read-only counter that records fault synchronization events in the HMP 0 chip. Engineers use this to detect whether the HMP chip's internal synchronization mechanism is failing, which could cause cell processing to become unstable. If this counter increases to 2 or higher, it signals that HMP 0 is losing synchronization with the rest of the matrix board.
