ADN-ENV-MIB::adnAtmBoardErrHMP0LLPCCounter is a read-only counter that tracks low-priority ATM cells lost due to scheduled cell discard (SCD) in the HMP 0 (handling and memory processor) chip. Engineers monitor this to ensure low-priority traffic is being shed gracefully during congestion rather than causing the entire system to back up. If this counter reaches 50, it means 50 low-priority cells were intentionally dropped to protect higher-priority traffic.
