Description: The counter associated with the reserved peak bandwith (BW); counter #10 of the ATM core; this counter is only relevant for the matrix board.
What is adnAeiPortTrPeakBWCounter?
This gauge shows the amount of peak bandwidth currently reserved on the ATM interface. Network engineers check this to ensure virtual circuits have enough reserved bandwidth for their peak traffic requirements and to identify bottlenecks. A value of 8500 Mbps means the ATM board has allocated 8.5 Gbps of its total capacity for peak transmission.
