What is adnAeiPortTrOutCellsCounter?
This counter accumulates the total number of ATM cells transmitted on the interface since the last reboot. Network engineers track this to measure outgoing traffic rates, verify that connections are actively sending data, and detect transmission issues. A steady increase to 5,000,000 cells indicates the board is actively transmitting traffic at normal rates.
