What is adnAeiPortTrInCellsCounter?
This counter accumulates the total number of ATM cells received on the interface since the last reboot. Network engineers use this to calculate incoming traffic rates, monitor link utilization, and detect sudden traffic spikes or anomalies. If this counter jumps from 1,000,000 to 2,000,000 cells in one minute, it indicates incoming traffic has doubled.
