What is adnAeiPortErrUSFOFCounter?
This counter increments when the user/signalling FIFO buffer overflows because output traffic arrives faster than the ATM core can forward it. Network engineers monitor this to detect congestion where user data traffic is queued faster than the switch can transmit it. A rising count like 11 indicates the output buffer has overflowed 11 times with user data being discarded each time.
