What is adnAeiPortErrUCECHCounter?
This counter records uncorrectable errors found in ATM cell headers that cannot be fixed automatically and must be discarded. Engineers treat rising values as critical because uncorrectable errors mean cells are lost permanently and must be retransmitted by upper-layer protocols. If this counter reaches 4, it means 4 cells were completely lost due to corrupted headers.
