What is adnAeiPortErrUAALCounter?
This counter tracks ATM adaptation layer sequence errors on the user side, indicating cells sent toward customer equipment are arriving out of order. This breaks reliable delivery of voice, video, and data across the connection to the user's device. A value of 100, for example, means 100 groups of cells were received out of sequence by the customer's equipment, likely causing service degradation.
