What is adnAeiPortErrOOSCounter?
This counter increments each time the ATM core experiences a loss of signal synchronization with an incoming data stream on a port. Network engineers watch this metric to detect link instability problems that could degrade cell delivery or indicate a failing port that needs replacement. A value of 3 means the port has gone out of synchronization 3 times since the device was last rebooted.
