What is adnAeiPortErrNSFOFCounter?
This counter increments each time the network/signalling FIFO buffer overflows when processing control plane messages on the ATM core. Engineers monitor this metric because FIFO overflows cause signalling messages to be dropped, which prevents call setup and routing updates. A rising count like 9 indicates the core receives signalling traffic faster than it can process.
