What is adnAeiPortErrCRCMA1Counter?
This counter counts CRC checksum mismatches on the payload of maintenance active type 1 (MA1) cells transmitted through the ATM core. Network engineers use this to detect payload corruption on maintenance traffic, which if frequent indicates a degrading optical interface or failing transmitter. A value of 6 means 6 maintenance cell payloads failed their CRC checks.
