What is hostRowStatus?
This integer controls the lifecycle status of a host initiator entry: it determines whether the row is active, inactive, or should be deleted. Engineers use this to add new hosts to the SAN, activate existing configurations, or remove unused host entries. A value of 1 activates the host entry; a value of 6 marks it for deletion.
