What is fcHPFLinkDownThreshold?
This threshold specifies how many seconds a port must remain down before triggering failover to a standby. You configure this to prevent unnecessary failovers caused by brief transient link flaps or equipment resets. A value of 5 means the link must be down for at least 5 continuous seconds before failover activates.
