What is rasStatusGroupTotalTickets?
This counts the total number of RAS (support) tickets or issue records created against a particular system component since the library was put into service. It's a cumulative number that only goes up, representing the historical maintenance burden for that component. If the tape drive has 45 total tickets but the robot arm has 200, the arm has been much more problematic and may be due for replacement.
