What is apSysCPUUtil?
This OID measures the device's CPU usage as a percentage, sampled every second. Network engineers monitor this to detect if the device is overloaded and needs to shed traffic or if capacity planning is needed. For example, a value of '92%' means the CPU is running very hot and the device may soon drop calls or stop responding.
