This OID stores the peak number of concurrent inbound sessions that occurred during the measurement period. Engineers care about this to understand the maximum load the system experienced and whether it's approaching maximum session limits. A value of 500 indicates that at one point during the period, 500 inbound sessions were active simultaneously.
