This OID displays the current operational state of a session agent, which can be in-service (INS), out-of-service-no-response (OOSnonresp), out-of-service-constraint-violation (OOSconstraintsviolation), becoming-out-of-service (BecomingOOS), or forced-out-of-service (ForcedOOS). Network engineers check this status to determine whether agents are healthy and available for session routing. A value of "OOSnonresp" indicates the agent stopped responding to health checks and was automatically removed from service.
