This OID records the longest one-way signaling delay encountered during a measurement period, expressed in milliseconds. Engineers use worst-case latency to understand performance limits and identify whether specific network paths or time windows cause excessive delay. A value of 200 indicates the slowest signaling packet during the period took 200 milliseconds to complete one-way transit.
