What is accCmSwPayloadStatus?

This OID indicates whether the voice, video, or data payload is actively transmitting, on hold, or has failed on the switching-side portion of the call. A network engineer uses this to detect if the payload dropped or stalled on the internal switch even though signaling shows the call is still active. An example value might be 1 (active), confirming that audio is currently flowing through the call.
