What is accCmPayloadStatus?
ACC-CM::accCmPayloadStatus is a read-only integer describing the condition of the actual call content (payload) being transmitted. You monitor this to detect if call quality is degrading due to packet loss, jitter, or other transmission issues. A value might indicate "payload active and healthy" versus "payload degraded" or "payload missing."
