What is accCmNsPayloadStatus?

This OID indicates whether the voice, video, or data content of the call is actively flowing, on hold, or disconnected on the network-side endpoint. A network engineer uses this to detect calls that have dropped their payload unexpectedly or are stuck on hold, which helps diagnose audio loss complaints. An example value might be 1 (active) versus 3 (held), showing whether a call participant is currently speaking or has been placed on hold.
