What is accCmNsEndpointState?
This OID reports the operational state of the endpoint itself—such as available, ringing, active, or unavailable—reflecting whether the far-end device can receive calls. A network engineer uses this to diagnose why a call was rejected or dropped, such as an endpoint being offline or in an error state. An example value might be 4 (active), showing the endpoint is currently in a call.
