Description: Signaling state of the call
What is accCmNsDialState?
This OID reports the current state of the signaling exchange for the call—such as dialing, ringing, connected, or disconnected—on the network-side interface. A network engineer uses this to detect calls stuck in the 'ringing' state (a common symptom of an unreachable endpoint) or to verify that the signaling sequence completed normally. An example value might be 3 (connected), meaning that the setup handshake is done and the call is actively talking.
