What is accCmEndpointState?
ACC-CM::accCmEndpointState is a read-only integer showing the current operational state of the endpoint (such as ready, busy, ringing, or disconnected). You monitor this to detect when endpoints fail to answer or when they disconnect unexpectedly during calls. A value of 2 might indicate the endpoint is currently ringing, while 3 means the endpoint is off-hook and active.
