What is accCmEmIndex?
ACC-CM::accCmEmIndex identifies the specific endpoint (phone, trunk card, or gateway) that resources were allocated from for this call. Network engineers use this to pinpoint which physical hardware is involved in a call and to check that hardware's status and capacity. For example, endpoint "TRUNK-3-2" might identify the second circuit on trunk card 3, helping engineers see exactly which card is being used.
