What is acSS7LinkTDMCongestionLowMark?
This threshold value (0 to 255) defines when the link is considered no longer congested and traffic can resume. Engineers tune this to balance network utilization: too high causes unnecessary queuing, too low causes message loss. A value of 50 means congestion clears when buffer usage drops to 50.
