What is acSS7LinkSetTimersT1?
Sets a hold-down delay (in milliseconds) imposed when traffic switches from one link to a backup after the primary fails. This prevents message reordering during the transition. A 200-millisecond delay buffers in-flight messages before diverting new traffic to the active link.
