What is acSS7ConstantsNumberOfLinks?

This read-only OID displays the maximum number of SS7 links the system can manage, capped at 1,000. Sysadmins reference this when designing the network to know how many individual signaling links can be established. For example, if the system returns 250, that means the infrastructure can handle up to 250 concurrent SS7 links.
