What is vmDigitPatternExternalCall?
This OID specifies a digit pattern string (up to 119 characters) that identifies calls coming from outside the company network. Voicemail uses this to apply external-call handling, such as longer greetings or special recording disclaimers. A value like '*02' tells the system 'this is an outside caller; use full greeting.'
